Choosing Tie the Knot was one of my best wedding planning decisions! With limited access to my venue I was increasingly stressed about how to get everything done. During our first phone conversation I could physically feel stress leaving my body as we discussed all the ways they could help. Nicole was great, professional and organized but flexible. The hall looked amazing and she did a great job putting the tables together according to instruction, and handling vague requests like “put vases of flowers wherever they look good”. I was particularly impressed with the way Nicole worked with my vendors, handling a couple of snafus, and addressing a conflict between the venue staff and my caterer. Even after the wedding she offered to step in and help me track down a missing item. I only wish I started working with her earlier, because her organization would have helped me plan without feeling overwhelmed by details.

Nicole is absolutely amazing! I was one of those super organized DIY brides that thought she could do it all. I kept going back and forth for months on whether or not I actually needed a Day of Coordinator and whether it would be worth the expense. I can tell you now that if you are on the fence, you NEED one! Nicole saved the day for me several times! She made sure the day was beyond amazing for not just my husband and I, but for our entire guest list! Several of my guests were blown away by how organized, friendly, and proactive she was. The day of my wedding I had a panic moment when I realized I never picked up the corsages for the moms. She told me not to worry and she had it taken care of instantly. When my flower girl was getting tired of dancing Nicole went and got coloring books and played with her! When the wine was running low she ran out and picked up more. From the second I started working with Nicole she immediately made my life easier. If you are looking to have the best day ever and stay stress free, I suggest you hire Nicole. She truly took what would have been a great day to an amazing and unforgettable day. Thank you Nicole for making everything perfect for us!

I was a winner of a day of wedding coordinator package from Tie The Knot Wedding Planning Company. I won the package pretty close to my wedding date so all of my vendors were already booked and most big stuff was out of the way. I really only wanted the day of person to set up the hall so we didn’t have to the morning of the wedding! I got SO much more than that. I am a severe control freak and have a hard time releasing the control to someone else. Nicole reached out to my vendors the week leading up to the wedding to make sure everything was on track. She met the vendors at the hall to greet them and show them where to go. She did an absolutely incredible job setting up the hall and she made it look better than I ever could have! She ran around all morning for us- delivering our flowers to the groomsmen and bridesmaids separately. She even went to chipotle to pick up food for the guys. We had a dilemma at the hall due to rain/ miscommunication and I got a little bit crazy and Nicole was there trying everything she could to fix something that she wasn’t even involved with!! She even went out and got bricks to put down on our drapery because it was so windy. She sent me photos throughout the day of how things were looking. She helped line us up and get us ready for walking down the aisle and and honestly it was great just having someone there to send my dad and I off when we were the last ones. After the ceremony it was going to rain and we changed our timeline around, and she easily figured out a plan for us! She handled everything so calmly even though I was a complete basket case most of the day. During the ceremony she routinely came up to me checking to see if I needed anything. She made sure we knew what was coming up and that we were ready for it. There are so many things she discussed with me that I would have never thought of. I also especially loved her little pep talk before we entered our reception! At the end of the night she does whatever you need her too! Taking down decorations, packing up cars, making sure the card box is locked up. Nicole is very thourough and makes sure all details are accounted for. I would definitely recommend her for any and all weddings! She is extremely professional, calm, and reliable. I am so lucky to have won this package because I would not have purchased it. I thought I was going to be able to handle everything myself and if I tried, I would have been in deep trouble!! Nicole made our wedding day so that we didn’t have to worry and I am extremely grateful for her services. Oh! The best part is that she took photos and videos throughout the night of our set up and all the important events and compiled it into a video for us! She does it all!!!
